PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES and DEPOSITS
Tuition fees are charged on monthly basis in advance and irrespective of the number of days,
statutory holidays or cancellation of classes due to force majeure such as bad weather
within the enrolled period.
Full payment must be received for the tuition fees and the deposits in the sum of one month
of tuition fee before the child’s enrollment in the class is confirmed. For students who
enroll partway in a month, tuition fee should be paid in pro rata for the first month and in
full for subsequent months.
An administrative fee of $80 is charged for each change to the confirmed enrollments before
the first class.
Fees must be paid in full before students can attend classes. The right to refuse student’s
entry to class is reserved if fees have not been paid in advance.
Deposit is subject to deduction for any kind of compensations including but not limited to
outstanding tuition fees or damages made. Upon completion of classes, the remaining deposit
will be refunded.
Reservation of classes shall be made on or before the 15th of each month. Otherwise, space
for classes will not be guaranteed and it is only be reserved on first come first serve
basis.
REFUNDS
Tuition fees for classes already paid are under no circumstances be refunded or transferred
for use of other purposes.
UNIFORM
Students must wear school uniform and dress appropriately for their classes. They might need
to bring along with them other items as requested by teachers such as a coat, apron, dance
shoes, or other items of clothing.
GENERAL DISCIPLINES
Students shall attend the classes on time. Late arrival may be required to wait for
admission to class until the next class break.
Students shall wash the hands right before attending classes.
Students with sickness symptom or fever higher than 38°C should not attend classes.
Students shall obey teachers' instructions in classes.
Students shall bring handbooks to the classes and hand in for taking class attendance before
start of classes. Loss of handbook shall be charged $80 for replacement.
Students shall bring lesson materials and lecture books to the class per teachers’
instruction. Loss of lecture book shall be charged $60 for replacement of each book.
CHANGE OF CLASS AND VENUE
Request for change of class, class schedule or venue is not allowed unless resources are
available and fully at the discretion of Play Together. Any approved change shall be subject
to $100 administration fee.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
Class missed will not be compensated except make-up class can be arranged under the eligible
conditions specified as follows.
Make-up classes can be arranged for students who miss their regular class only either for
the reason of sickness with original doctor’s certificate or school activities with school
notification. No make-up classes will be arranged for other reasons.
For students with one-time enrollment of consecutive 12-month classes, make-up classes can
be arranged for one overseas trip with support of travel booking confirmation.
Advance notification must be made in writing or in person for approval and scheduling of
make-up classes for entitled reasons in the following manner:
- 1 day in advance for sick leave
- 1 week in advance for school activities
- 1 month in advance for overseas trip
A maximum of one make-up class may be made per month, regardless of the reason for the
make-up classes.
Make-up classes must be taken, on whichever earlier school day, within the month and in all
cases within the enrolled period. Make-up class for eligible sick leave should be completed
in one week after the missing class. Make-up class for eligible leave other than sick leave
should be completed in advance of the missing class.
Make-up class is arranged subject to availability of resources and is on first come first
serve basis. In any case that the offer of make-up classes do not match the student’s
availability, replacement class is not guaranteed.
Make-up classes cannot be accumulated to offset any kind of payments.
Make-up classes are not available for special classes such as Workshops, Summer Classes,
Seasonal Classes or Examination Classes, etc.
STATUTORY HOLIDAYS
Classes are closed on statutory holidays. If one of the classes in a month is unavailable
due to a statutory holiday, the classes will not be made up and the monthly tuition fee will
not be deducted.
CLOSURES DUE TO BAD WEATHER
Classes are closed when the warnings for black rain or typhoon signal number 8 or higher
have been raised.
When black rain warning is lifted or typhoon signal is lowered below 8 after 8:00am, morning
classes will be closed.
When black rain warning is lifted or typhoon signal is lowered below 8 after 2:00pm,
afternoon classes will be closed.
When black rain warning is lifted or typhoon signal is lowered below 8 before 8:00am or
2:00pm, classes will be resumed in 2 hours.
When the classes are resumed, it is at the discretion of parent’s decision to attend classes
or not under actual weather conditions.
The above guidelines are set for general conditions only. Any changes in the procedures or
measures may be made without prior notice.
Classes closed or missed under bad weather conditions will not be made up and the tuition
fee will not be refunded for all these closures or absence.
Performances, examinations or other activities under bad weather conditions may be canceled
without advance notification. The performance or activity arrangements canceled will not be
made up and any associated fee will not be refunded.
CLOSURE DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE OR OTHER UNCONTROLLABLE FACTORS
Due to force majeure or factors uncontrollable by Play Together, classes or any kind of
activities including but not limited to examinations or performances may be suspended or
canceled at the discretion of Play Together without prior notification. Such situations
shall include but not limited to serious bad weather, social movement, serious disease
transmission or any class or service suspension notice or recommendation by HKSAR Government
authorities applying to childcare centres, education centres or schools. The classes or
activities canceled, suspended or missed will not be made up. The associated fees or tuition
fee will not be deducted or refunded for all these closures or absence.
ACCOMPANYING YOUR CHILD
Young children in specific classes must be accompanied by a caregiver in class or the
caregiver must stay on our premises while their children are in the class. Such requirement
will be made and reminded at the time of enrollment.
For other classes, caregiver or parents are not allowed to stay on our premises except being
invited.
Open classes will be arranged from time to time and parents will be invited to attend with
one seat reserved for each student in each open class.
FOOD AND DRINK
Drinking water is not supplied in the class. Students are reminded to bring their own
drinking water and no food is allowed in the class.
STUDENTS’ WORK
We reserve the right to dispose or use any students’ work for any purposes.
COPYRIGHT
Subject to our consent in an event or a class, parents may be allowed to take photographs,
videos, or recordings but only should be focusing on their own children and not on the other
children in any event. Any media used must not cause a distraction to teachers, other
children, or interruption to the class format, and must not be used for commercial or
financial purposes.
The curriculum materials, designs and teaching professionalism for classes are in
proprietary nature and should be kept in strict confidence. Copyright, registration marks,
and trademarks must not be infringed.
PHOTOS, VIDEO RECORDINGS AND OTHER MEDIA
We reserve the right to use photos, video recordings, and/or sound recordings of children
and their artwork, performances, physical classes or on-line classes, for teacher training,
curriculum, promotions and/or business development purposes.
OTHER CHARGES
Tuition Fee of a course do not include fees for products or other extra activities such as
extra classes for events or shows or examination preparation or rehearsal classes, admission
fees to events or shows, school uniforms, school bags, extra lecture books, replacement
lecture books, replacement hand books, costume for shows, etc.
WITHDRAWAL OF CLASS
Notice for withdrawal of enrolled class shall be made 1 month in advance in writing.
No refund or other compensation shall be made due to withdrawal of class for any reasons.
For students with one-time enrollment of consecutive 12-month classes, serious illness with
doctor’s certificate for unfit to attend classes will be considered for refund for such
period. If the period of unfit for class is longer than 6 months, the maximum refund will be
made at the tuition fee for 6-month. No refund will be made for any absence before the date
of doctor’s certificate received.
Refund due to withdrawal of class is subject to an administration fee of $1,500.
DISCLAIMER
All participants enrolled in classes or other activities are well aware of their own risk
and the company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to students, their family
members, and guests as a result of participating in classes or other activities.
Teachers or class schedules are subject to change at the discretion of Play Together without
prior notification.
These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without prior
notification from Play Together. Please check Play Together website for the updated version
regularly.
CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Parents or legal guardian are required to read and confirm acceptance of all of the above
terms and conditions before student commencing classes.

學費和按金的支付
學費按月提前收取,不論報讀期間的天數,包含法定假期或因不可抗力情況下如天氣而導致課程取消的天數。
學員必須在課程報名確認之前,繳付全額學費和一個月學費的按金。月中報名的學員,其第一個月學費應按比例支付,並在隨後月份全額支付。

所有學員上課之前必須全額支付費用。如果未提前支付費用,學院保留權利拒絕學員上課。
按金可以用作扣除任何類型的補償,包括但不限於未付的學費或損害賠償。課程結束後,剩餘的按金將退還予學員。
課程預約應在每月15日或之前進行。否則,課程名額將無法保證,只能以先到先得的方式預訂。
退款
在任何情況下, 已經支付的學費恕不退還或轉用於其他目的。
校服
學員必須穿著校服,並在課堂上穿著得體,
亦可能需要穿戴教師要求的其他物品,如外套,圍裙,舞鞋或其他衣物。
一般紀律
學員應準時上課。遲到者可能需要等候課堂小休時才可進入課室上課。
學員應在上課前洗手。
學員如有患病症狀或發燒高於攝氏38度, 不得上課。
學員應在課堂上遵守教師的指示。
學員應攜帶手冊上課,並在課堂開始前交出手冊以便登記上課紀錄。手冊如有遺失,
須繳交80港元作補發費用。
學員應根據教師的指示將課程材料和教本帶到課堂上。教本如有遺失, 須繳交60港元作補發費用。
更改課程和上課地點
除非資源許可, 並由Play
Together全權決定,方可更改課程班別,課堂時間或上課地點。任何獲批准的更改須支付100港元的行政費。
補堂
學員缺席課堂將不獲補償,但可以在如下指定的條件下獲補堂。
學員如因生病或學校活動而缺席課堂,但必須出示醫生證明不宜上課或學校通告,方可安排補堂。其他缺課原因將不獲補堂。
凡一次性報讀12個月課程的學員,可就一次海外旅行安排補堂,但須提供旅行預訂確認證明。
就認可的補堂原因而申請補堂,須根據以下規定預先以書面或親臨學院辦理:
不論任何補堂原因,每月只能補堂一次。
補堂必須安排在當月最早之可上課日及任何情況下在報讀期間內完成。認可病假必須在一週內補堂,
其他認可事假必須在缺課前補堂。
補堂安排需視乎資源情況而定,先到先得。在任何情況下,若學員不能出席補堂,學院不保證可作另㚈安排。
補堂不能累積以抵消任何類型的付款。
補堂不適用於特別課程,如工作坊,暑期班,季節班或考試班等。
法定假期
學院在法定假期休息。若課堂適逢法定假期,則不設補堂,也不會退還學費。
惡劣天氣引致的停課
當黑色暴雨警告或8號或更高颱風信號懸掛時,課堂將取消。
若黑色暴雨警告或颱風信號於上午8時後解除或降至8號以下時,上午班將取消。
若黑色暴雨警告或颱風信號於下午2時之後解除或降至8號以下時,下午課程將取消。
若黑色暴雨警告或颱風信號於上午8時或下午2時之前解除或降至8號以下時,上午班及下午班將分別在2小時「後」恢復。
課堂恢復後,由家長在實際天氣情況下決定學員是否上課。
以上指南僅適用於一般情況。程序或措施可能未作預先通知而有所變更。
因惡劣天氣引致的停課或缺席或遲到,將不予補堂,亦不會退還學費。
因惡劣天氣關係,表演、考試或其他活動亦可能未作預先通知而取消,取消活動將不予重辦或補償,有關費用或學費將不會退還。
不可抗力或不受控制情況引致停課
因不可抗力或不受控制的情況下,課堂、表演、考試或其他活動會未作預先通知而取消,課堂及該活動將不重辦或補償,有關費用及學費將不會退還。不可抗力或不受控制情況包括並不限於惡劣天氣、社會運動、疾病擴散或爆發、政府部門頒令或呼籲學校或教育中心停課或幼兒中心停止服務。
陪伴學員
特定班級的幼兒必須在課堂上由家長/看護人陪同。家長/看護人也可在學員上課時,逗留在課室。學院會在學員報讀課程時通知此項要求。
其他課程的學員家長/看護人除被邀請外,不得逗留於課室。
校方將不時安排公開課,並為每一學員於每個公開課預留一座位予被邀家長。
飲食
課堂上不提供飲用水,學員需自備。不可攜帶食物入課室。
學員作品
校方保留權利銷毀或使用學員作品作任何用途。
版權
家長可以在活動或課堂上拍攝照片,錄像或錄音,但須在校方同意的情況下,而且只聚焦自己的孩子而不是其他學員。使用的媒體不得令教師或其他學員分心或干擾課堂,亦不得用於商業或「謀」財目的。
課程的課堂材料,設計和教學專業性具專利性質,應嚴格保密。所有版權,註冊商標和商標不得侵犯。
照片、錄影和其他媒體
校方保留權利使用學員表演、實地上課或網上上課的照片、錄影視頻、錄音及其藝術作品,作教師培訓、課程內容、推廣及業務發展的用途。
其他費用
課程學費不包括產品費用或其他額外活動,如為活動或演出或考試的額外課堂或綵練課堂,活動或表演的入場費,校服,書包,額外的教本,補領的教本,補領的手册,演出服裝等
退學
退學通知應提前1個月以書面形式提出。
因任何原因退學,均不予退款或其他補償。
對於一次性報讀12個月課程的學員,如因患嚴重疾病不適合上課且獲得醫生證明,學院會考慮退款。如果不適合上課之時間超過6個月,最高退款將為6個月之學費。收到醫生證明副本之前已缺席的課堂,不作退款考慮。
退學之退款需繳交1,500港元的行政費。
免責聲明
所有報讀課程或其他活動的參與者都清楚明白自己的風險,學院概不負責任何因參加課程或其他活動而對學員,其家庭成員和嘉賓造成的任何損失,損害或傷害。
調配教師或更改課程時間表由校方全權決定,而毋須預先或另行通知。
校方保留隨時更改各項條款權利,而毋須预先或另行通知。
確認和接受所有條款和條件
家長或法定監護人必須詳細閱讀上述所有條款細則,確認接受所有條款細則後,方安排學員入學開課。
